CM Manager checklist tutorial

This tutorial provides a quick and easy checklist to keep your change management program on track.

The CM Manager checklist is built on Prosci's Change Management Methodology. It provides step-by-step activities for preparing for, managing and reinforcing change. The checklist also includes milestones for your team as you introduce change in your organization. The checklist below is based on research with hundreds of teams managing change.
