Prosci certification in the UK in 2012
Prosci will offer two open enrollment certification programs in the
UK in 2012. These session will be held at the beautiful
Brandshatch Place in Fawkham, England.

Train-the-Trainer programs -

Prosci's Train-the-Trainer program is a 3.5 day experience designed
for internal resources looking to provide Prosci change management
training in their organization. Class size is limited to 5 to ensure
personalized coaching with a Prosci Master Instructor and opportunities to
practice your delivery. Learn how to deliver four of Prosci's change
management training
programs: 3-day Prosci Change Management Practitioner Program, 1-day
Prosci Coaching
Program, 4 to 6 hour Prosci Sponsor Program and
1-day Prosci Orientation for Employees. The Train-the-Trainer sessions are held in Loveland, CO at The Bonnell Building
and Sylvan Dale Ranch, enabling attendees to visit Prosci's
office and production facility.

Advanced Change Management programs -

Prosci's Advanced Change Management is not about bending farther over
the desk and learning more tools. It is about taking a step back and
understanding the positioning, history and evolution of the change
management discipline.
Attendees complete an exhaustive literature review, compare and contrast
numerous seminal works in the field of change management, try out tools
for making sense of the portfolio of change and examine strategies for
building organizational change management capabilities and competencies.
Prosci certification is a pre-requisite, and participants must complete
an application process and a significant pre-work assignment. Prosci's
Advanced Change Management Programs are held at Peaceful Valley Ranch in
the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains.
