What is the process for completing TTT?

Prosci's Train-the-trainer program provides training and coaching to enable effective delivery of Prosci's change management courses within your organization. The process includes:

1. Attend Prosci's 3-day Change Management Certification course (more info)

2. Enroll in the TTT program by contacting Prosci at 970-203-9332 or by sending email to vallen(at)prosci(dot)com

3. Complete the pre-work assignment

4. Attend the 3.5 day session in Loveland, Colorado

5. Teach your first internal change management course (optional to have a Prosci Master instructor audit the course)

6. Complete the "after-action review" of your course via teleconference

7. Receive your Train-the-trainer certificate to teach Prosci courses internally to your organization*

* If you are a consulting or training company interested in teaching Prosci programs, an Authorized Training Provider designation is required. Contact Mike at 970-203-9332 for more information. Prosci's standard TTT program does not enable an instructor to certify students in Prosci's methodology - to certify students an instructor must have a Prosci Certified Instructor designation. Program costs: $2400 per person plus complete meeting package

Complete meeting package price between $1200 - $1500 depending on the venue. Includes four nights lodging, meals, meeting facilities, tax and gratuities.
