What is the process for completing TTT?
Prosci's Train-the-trainer program
provides training and coaching to enable effective delivery of Prosci's
change management courses within your organization. The process
includes:

Attend Prosci's 3-day Change
Management Certification course (more
info)

Enroll in the TTT program by
contacting Prosci at 970-203-9332 or by sending email to awest at
prosci.com

Complete the pre-work assignment
-
Attend the 3.5 day session in
Loveland, Colorado
-
Teach your first internal change
management course (optional to have a Prosci Master instructor audit
the course)
-
Complete the "after-action review" of
the your course via teleconference
-
Receive your Train-the-trainer
certificate to teach Prosci courses internally to your organization*
* If you are a consulting or training
company interested in teaching Prosci programs, an Authorized Training
Provider designation is required. Contact Allison at 970-203-9332 for
more information. Prosci's standard TTT program does not enable an
instructor to certify students in Prosci's methodology - to certify
students an instructor must have a Prosci Certified Instructor
designation. Call for more information about this process.
