3 day change management program. Requires 2 hours of pre-course work by
students and 1 evening activity - course also requires a laptop.
Sessions are held at Cheyenne Mountain Resort in the Colorado Rocky Mountains as well as

Option 3 -
Train-the-trainer program in Loveland, Colorado
Prosci's comprehensive Train-the-Trainer
program enables organizations to teach Prosci courses internally,
capitalize on your own training resources and reduce the cost of
delivery. This program requires Prosci certification in the last 24
months. Program is held near Prosci's
learning center in Loveland, Colorado.
Option 4 - Self-paced resources
Prosci offers a complete self-paced learning resource,
electronically through the
Change Management
Pilot Professional ($449
per user) or in hard copy through the
Change Management
Toolkit ($389
per user). Both resources include assessments, templates, planning
guides and detailed guidelines for managing change. Self-paced
resources are not a
certification program.

Executive 1/2 day program
This 4 - 6 hour program is designed to help
executives understand change management and their critical roles as business leaders. This
program is essential for effective change management programs.
Managers and supervisors
This 1-day program introduces managers and
supervisors to the change management process. Research-based
assessments and hands-on activities help coaches learn
how to manage employee resistance and facilitate change in their teams.
