Train-the-trainer program in Loveland, Colorado
New course offering:
Prosci announces a new Train-the-trainer
program that will enable organizations to teach Prosci courses
internally, capitalize on your own training
resources and reduce the cost of delivery. This program requires
Prosci certification in the last 24 months. Program is held at Prosci's

This 4 - 6 hour program is designed to help
executives understand change management and their critical roles as business leaders. This
program is essential for effective change management programs.
Managers and supervisors
This 1-day program introduces managers and
supervisors to the change management process. Role plays and activities help coaches learn
how to manage employee resistance and facilitate change in their teams.

Change management deployment
Many organizations are making the commitment to

After research and client interactions, Prosci now offers two venues

ECM Lab - online,
instructor-led session to build a holistic strategy for building
your organization's capacity to manage change effectively. Consists
of 5 live sessions with work you and your team does between the
facilitated sessions.
ECM Summit - 3-day
