Prosci and the Change Management Learning Center offer the most comprehensive options for change management training. Option 1 - Change Management Certification - Open-enrollment public sessions across the United States ($2100 tuition per person, lodging not included)

Program information and session dates

3 day change management program. Requires 2 hours of pre-course work by students and 1 evening activity - course also requires a laptop. Sessions are held at Peaceful Valley Ranch and the historic Stanley Hotel in the Colorado Rocky Mountains as well as other beautiful locations from coast to coast.

Option 2 - Change Management Certification - Standard on-site training (approximately $1500-$1700 per person for class size of 12 plus expenses)

Program overview

3 day change management programs for class sizes of 6 to 12. Call 970-203-9332 to schedule a course. Requires 2 hours of pre-course work by students and 1 evening activity. Price per person dependent on group size.

Option 3 - On-line, instructor-led distance learning ($1360) - Coming soon

4 week program, 60 minutes per week. Includes complete instruction on Change Management Toolkit and ADKAR model. Students are required to do 2 hours of homework between each session.  On-line, distance learning is not a certification program.  Call 970-203-9332 to schedule dates and times or email a Prosci training analyst.

 

Option 4 - Self-paced resources ($349 per project)

Executive 1/2 day program

This 4 - 6 hour program is designed to help executives understand change management and their critical roles as business leaders. This program is essential for effective change management programs.

Managers and supervisors

This 1-day program introduces managers and supervisors to the change management process. Role plays and activities help coaches learn how to manage employee resistance and facilitate change in their teams.

Change management deployment

Many organizations are making the commitment to build their internal competencies to manage change effectively. After research and client interactions, Prosci now offers two venues to help you build your strategy and plans for deploying change management throughout the organization.

ECM Lab - online, instructor-led session to build a holistic strategy for building your organization's capacity to manage change effectively. Consists of 5 live sessions with work you and your team does between the facilitated sessions.

ECM Summit - 3-day workshop with other business leaders tackling the challenge of building their competency at managing change.
