This Privacy Policy describes the terms of our commitment
and relates to the following websites:

Prosci, Inc is committed to the privacy of our customers,
clients, subscribers and members. Information you share with
Prosci, Inc through the Websites, including your credit
card, financial information and other personally
identifiable information, will not be shared, sold or rented
to third parties for commercial solicitation, nor will
Prosci itself use your information in this manner.
The Websites do collect information about visitors in
various ways, such as:
- Online ordering. In the process of online ordering, you
will provide your name, shipping address, city, state, email
address, phone number, credit card number, credit card
expiration data and CVV2 number. This information is used to
process your order and deliver the product you have ordered.
To optimize your ordering experience, the shipping cart
assigns each session a unique ID which persists until
checkout is complete. The ID is stored as a “cookie” in your
browser and persists with your browser until your checkout
process is complete.
- Email inquiries. When you request information from the
Websites via email or fill-in form, your name, email
address, contact phone and request may be collected by the
Websites. This information is used to communicate with you
and provide responses to your inquiries.
- Registration. The Websites contain pages where you can
take active steps to subscribe to an “opt-in” mailing list
to receive free tutorials, announcements and/or newsletters.
Your email address and any information you provide via such
registration or fill-in forms are used to provide you with
announcements, tutorials or communications.
- Survey. The Websites may contain pages that allow you to
take active steps to participate in a survey. Your email
address and any other information or data you provide via
such fill-in forms are considered to be collected by the
Websites. This information is used to provide you with
announcements and communications about the particular survey
in which you have participated. You should assume that the
data you submit via survey will be compiled with other
responses and may be released in a summary of results.
- Referring email. If you send a friend an email from the
Websites or if you use the Websites’ functionality to share
one of our webpages with a friend, you must assume that some
data is collected about your IP address or your email
address and that of your friend. Referred emails or webpages
may appear to come from your email address.
Prosci, Inc will not communicate or share your personal
information with anyone outside of Prosci, except in the
following circumstances:
- Select information is transmitted to a reputable
processing authority in order to complete approved purchase
and payment transactions.
- Select information from your order is transmitted to a
third-party for the purpose of calculating sales tax.
Prosci, Inc has taken steps to ensure this information will
not be sold or used for any purposes other than sales tax
calculation.
- When you register for an opt-in tutorial or community
email list, your email address is stored in a database with
a third party Application Service Provider. All
communication sent to you through the opt-in email list
shall contain an ‘unsubscribe’ link where you may notify the
Websites that you no longer wish to receive information or
solicitations from the Website and your name will be removed
from the general database.
- When you participate in a survey, your responses will be
compiled with other responses and may be released, publicly
or privately, in a summary of results. Your individual
survey responses will not be associated with your personally
identifiable information unless otherwise indicated.
- Your information will be provided to law enforcement
authorities for use in fraud investigations, for litigation
or as otherwise required by an applicable federal, state or
local law. As a condition of viewing the Website, you hereby
consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the
Federal and State courses located in Denver, Colorado.
Access to, and use of, this site and the content thereof
is at the risk of the user. We have provided links to
certain other World Wide Web sites solely for your
convenience, and the Website is not responsible for the
content of any other sites. It is up to you to take
precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use
is free of such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses and
other items of a destructive nature.
These Websites take measures to protect their data that
contains information related to you. However, as a
consideration for viewing these Websites or interacting with
these Websites in any manner, you waive all claims of any
nature against Prosci, Inc or these Websites concerning the
loss, alteration, or misuse of information. You must assume
that it is possible for your personal data to be obtained by
others, such as "hackers," and used in an inappropriate
manner that may cause you harm and that you agree that the
Website is not responsible for damages to you.
All trademarks used on these Websites are the property of
their respective owners. Prosci, Prosci’s PCT Model, ADKAR,
the ADKAR terms (‘Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability,
Reinforcement’), and ‘Preparing for Change, Managing Change,
Reinforcing Change’ are trademarks of Prosci, Inc.
Viewing, use, and/or communication with the Websites are
construed as acceptance of the terms of this policy.
Acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy is a portion
of the consideration required for your right to visit the
Websites. If you do not accept these terms, you have no
right to visit the Websites. This Privacy Policy may change
without notice. Your continued use of these Websites
evidences your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy
Policy or any modifications.
