You can license Prosci's change management processes, tools, assessments and templates for use in your organization. These licenses provide you with electronic access to files to support internal training programs and for integrating change management with other internal tools such as project management.  With a site license, you can reproduce material internally for training and publish change management resources on your company intranet.

What type of licenses are available?

A site license is an effective way to distribute change management resources and material to your organization.  There are three types of site licenses:

1. Complete package site license -  This license combines all products in one license option.  The licensed organization receives the electronic files of all Prosci's change management content including courseware and files for Prosci's online tools.  This option allows the organization the right to install, display, perform, use, reproduce, and customize all Prosci's change management related resources and tools.   
    
2. Site license for online tool - Change Management Pilot or Change Management Pilot Professional.  Prosci will provide the licensed organization with the html files electronically to host the content and tools on a company intranet.  The licensed organization also has the option to have the application hosted on Prosci servers.  This license allows the organization to customize and co-brand.
    
3. Manager's site license. This license grants access and use to all the ADKAR-related products including the ADKAR book, Employee's Survival Guide book, ADKAR assessments, 1-day Manager's Primer course materials and the Change Management Guide for Managers (new toolkit for 2008).
