| The Enterprise Change Management (ECM) helps business
leaders answer the question: How do I deploy change
management throughout my organization? Over the past
several years, Prosci has developed a process and set of tools
for helping organizations deploy change management across the
enterprise which are presented at the ECM Summit. Prosci has
hosted four ECM Summits (November 2005,
June 2006, April 2007, October 2007) and will be holding the
fifth ECM
Summit May 6 - 8, 2008.
Special ECM Summit webinar
Two special Enterprise Change Management and ECM Summit
webinars will be held the week of March 10th. The
sessions should last about one hour, with 45 minutes of
presentation followed by question and answer.
