Online, instructor-led workshop on deploying change management
Prosci's Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Lab is a facilitated design session
that helps you and your team create a customized plan for rolling out change
management in your organization. The process and models presented in
the ECM Lab are based on research and experience as leading-edge
organizations work to build "effectively managing change" as a core
competency. Through the ECM Lab, you will develop a holistic, structured
plan to deploy change management in your organization.
| Inputs |
Outputs |

durable as an organization - to become change competent

- Prosci's ECM Strategy Map
- A site license to use Prosci's materials and tools in
your organization* (see costing below)
|

|
The image to the right shows Prosci's ECM Deployment Strategy
Map. Many organizations who are not approaching ECM as a project,
with a holistic set of actions required to really bring change
management to life in their organization, tend to focus on one or
two of the wedges in the model. Through the ECM Lab, you and your
team will evaluate each of the elements and make decisions about
which areas will initialize and mobilize change management and which
areas will help sustain change management in the organization. When
you complete the lab, you will have a set of specific actions, laid
across a timeline, for each of the strategy elements:
- Leadership
- Project
- Skill
- Structure
- Process

ECM Lab delivery
The ECM Lab is comprised of two components:
| 1.
Sessions - instructor-led, live presentations and discussions.
Each session lasts two hours. Attendees follow along a set of slides
online and have workbooks with activities and templates to complete
during the session. |
2. Labs - work
that is completed in-between the live sessions by your team on your
specific organization; includes assessments, templates and
worksheets. The output is your own ECM presentation and plans for
moving forward. |
The focus of the ECM Lab is taking you and your team through the ECM
Deployment Process below - providing you with tools and best practices along
the way so you can develop your change management deployment approach and
plans.
