Enterprise Change Management
(ECM) is the discipline and process of deploying change management
broadly across an entire organization. In recent years, more
organizations have taken on the task of becoming more flexible and
durable by building their own internal competency to manage change.
They have taken steps to ensure common processes and tools are employed
on each project, and they are helping individuals throughout the
organization build their own personal competency and skills at leading
change. Ultimately, ECM is a change to how an organization handles change.
To support organizations that are approaching change management from an
enterprise and competency perspective, Prosci has an ECM program consisting
of three components.
| ECM Vision |
The ECM Vision is a one-hour conference
call with one of Prosci's ECM experts. The call covers what ECM
is, why ECM is a valuable undertaking for your organization and
a high-level overview of the ECM Deployment Process and ECM
Strategy Map.

- ECM linkage to your strategy

| ECM Lab |
The ECM Lab is a facilitated design
session that helps you and your team create a customized plan
for rolling out change management in your organization. Through
a series of five "live" instructor-led sessions and associated
"lab" work your team completes, you will go through the full ECM
Deployment Process - starting with the definition of your ECM
future state and concluding with an integrated plan and
measurement system.
Outputs:
- A customized ECM deployment strategy and set of specific
tactics
- ECM plans - including a project plan, change management
plan and business case
- Knowledge and approaches for building buy-in for change
management at all levels in your organization

Cost:
$4000 with site license
$20,000 without site license ($15,000 of which can be applied to
future license or training program) |
| ECM Checkup |
The ECM Checkup is the final step in
Prosci's ECM offering. The ECM Checkup takes place after you and
your team have completed the ECM Lab and gotten in to your
deployment efforts. In the ECM Checkup, you will evaluate your
effort so far and the progress you have made toward your ECM
future state.
Outputs:
- ECM progress audit
- Support for next steps
The ECM Checkup can take place anywhere from three to twelve
months after the conclusion of the ECM Lab. |

after you have completed the ECM Lab sessions and started your
deployment efforts |
