Program overview: The 3-day change management certification program uses Prosci's
research-based change management methodology and toolkit to help you
develop a plan for managing the "people side" of your organizational
change. In the
certification program, you will:
- Use the Prosci PCT Tool to assess your project's overall
positioning, potential weaknesses and risk factors
- Use the Prosci Impact Index to assess your change and the
groups being impacted by it
- Apply the Prosci 3-phase methodology to create a change
management strategy and plans for your project - including
communication, sponsorship, coaching, training and resistance
management plans
- Prepare a presentation for your project
- Learn from your peers and retired executive instructors
- Work hard and play hard with your classmates from
organizations around the world
