Change management certification

The Change Management Learning Center provides several options for learning and applying the methodology. The entire methodology is presented in both the online Change Management Pilot and hardcopy (3-ring binder) Change Management Toolkit.

The most effective way to learn and apply the methodology is with expert guidance on a project of your own. Prosci's Change Management Certification training program walks you through the entire methodology - while you apply it to your own project. The interactive program encourages learning by doing and gives you the opportunity to review your work with retired executives. Find out more on the training page or by calling 970-203-9332.
